Policies: 

 

1. Availability is always limited. Payment and booking ahead is required. This minimizes no-shows and last minute cancellations. It also ensures that the full time you paid for goes to the session and not dealing with payment. Please note, you are not confirmed until you have paid and received a confirmation email.

2. Please note that Lisa does not send "reminders" of appointments. Please write down your session time and make sure you remember.

3. Last minute cancellations are an inconvenience and are also financially problematic because another paying client could have taken that spot. Due to this, a 48-hour cancellation policy is in effect for all sessions. If the session is not cancelled within that time, the client forfeits their payment or package session.  The same policy applies to Zoom sessions. Time is valuable to everyone. Lisa will wait 15 minutes on the call for someone to show up, then it is considered a "no-show", and the cost is forfeited to the client.

4. GCHH reserves the right to turn down readings (and sessions in general), a) If the sort of questions being asked will not be answered by the guides, b) If the energy behind wanting the reading is not positive, c) If the buyer is not in a place of being receptive to the answers they are asking for, d) If the client has been unkind or not abided by the policies in some way.

 

5. Packages are non-refundable and sessions must be used within 12 months of payment.
