Service Description

$160 per 90 minute session. Sessions can be conducted over Zoom or in-person on a limited basis by appointment at the Red Barn in Durham, CT. Email Lisa at goldencordholistic@yahoo.com to book. Payment is required at time of booking as appointments go fast. Sometimes you don't need a reading, you need everything! This is a reading, healing, therapy, and hypnosis in one. You discuss the issues you're battling with and while you are talking, Lisa is reading your energy and receiving downloads from higher dimensional guides about how to help you. There is work reflecting and integrating any energy as well as practical psychological methods to help you. Whatever is discussed and implemented is solidified into your subconscious mind in a light state of hypnosis to make sure you have an easier time going forward with any behavior changes. Also, while you are under hypnosis, healing is given, which is when your energy field is the most open to receiving it. Certain people need one session and feel better, certain people come weekly. Most people come biweekly or monthly and find it makes a major difference in their life because it works to help facilitate shifts mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.
